Registration
Registration for the Badger State Feis is now open.
All entry registrations are made online through Feisworx. No mail-in, emailed, or phone entries are accepted. On-line payment is required at the time of registration via credit card, and entries without full payment are not considered complete.
Entry closing date is July 1, 2026 or when the feis caps.
Feils caps are 450 championship and 350 PC/OC entries. The feis reserves the right to accept later entries subject to a late fee.
Entry Fees
(Absolutely no refunds)
Event Fee - $30.00 per family (includes online FeisWorx results, and judges’ comments when provided)
Solo Dance - $13.00 per dancer per dance (1st Feis, Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Novice, Prizewinner, PC Set
dance, Adult, Figures, Feis-Abilities)
Preliminary Championship - $55.00 (per dancer light & heavy rounds)
Preliminary Set Dance - $13.00 per dancer
Open Championship - $60.00 (per dancer, 3 rounds)
Soda Bread Competition – No Charge – Bring to office by 10am and include your name and phone number with entry.
Maximum fee per family - $175.00 (this excludes family event fee, late fees, treble reel fees, & FeisWorx
service fees)
New registrations after June 30, 2026 - $25 late fee in addition to all other registration fees.
Day of feis changes – subject to a $20 fee per dancer along with any applicable dance fees.
Day of feis new registration – subject to a $50 fee plus applicable dance fees & family fees.
