All entry registrations must be made online at www.feisworx.com.

 No mail-in, emailed or phone entries will be accepted

Entry closing date is July 1, 2025 or when feis caps.

  • The feis reserves the right to accept later entries subject to a late fee.
  • The feis caps are 450 non-championship and 350 PC/OC entries.

Payment at time of registration via credit card online is required..

Entries without full payment are not considered complete.

Online registration for the 2025 Badger State Feis begins May 5, 2025.

Registration Fees

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Event Fee - $30.00 per family (includes online Feisworx results, and judges’ comments when provided)

Solo Dance - $13.00 per dancer per dance (1st Feis, Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Novice, Prizewinner, PC Set dance, Adult, Figures)

Preliminary Championship - $55.00 (per dancer light & heavy rounds)

Preliminary Set Dance - $13 per dancer

Open Championship - $60.00 (per dancer, 3 rounds)

Late Fee - $25.00 for new registrations after June 30, 2025 in addition to all other registration fees.

Day of Feis Changes - Subject to a $20 fee per dancer along with any applicable dance fees.

Maximum fee per family - $175.00 (this excludes family event fee, late fees, charity treble reel, & Feisworx service fees)

Changes, new registrations after June 30, 2025 - $25 change fee plus applicable fees.

 

All changes, additions, and payments must be made through Feisworx.
